Structure principle and technical index of diaphragm pressure gauge
The diaphragm pressure gauge is suitable for measuring the pressure or negative pressure of various corrosive, non solidified or non crystalline fluid media. The corrosion resistance depends on the diaphragm material.
Structure principle of diaphragm pressure gauge
The instrument consists of measuring system (including flange joint and corrugated diaphragm), transmission indicating mechanism (including connecting rod, gear transmission mechanism, pointer and dial) and shell (including watch case and cover ring). The shell of the instrument is splash proof and has good tightness, so it can protect the internal mechanism from contamination.
The working principle of the instrument is based on the deformation of the elastic element (the diaphragm on the measuring system). Under the pressure of the measured medium, the diaphragm is forced to produce the corresponding elastic deformation displacement. With the help of the connecting rod group, it is driven by the transmission mechanism and amplified. The measured value is indicated on the dial by the pointer fixed on the gear.
