Application characteristics of tuning fork liquid level switch
Tuning fork level switch is a new type of level switch. The tuning fork is excited by the crystal to form vibration. When the tuning fork is immersed in liquid, the vibration frequency changes. This frequency change is detected by the electronic circuit and outputs a switch value. The tuning fork type liquid level switch is also called "electric float". The floating ball liquid level switch can be used and the "electric float" can be used when the floating ball liquid level switch cannot be used due to the fundamental reasons such as structure, turbulence, mixing, bubble and vibration. Considering that the tuning fork switch has no active components, so it does not need to be maintained and adjusted. It is an updated product of float level switch.
The tuning fork switch can be installed on the liquid tank or liquid tank in any direction, which can be used as the upper and lower limit switch alarm or operation of liquid level. It can also be installed on the pipeline to avoid the operation of the pump without material.
Drinking water, open spring water, paper oars, strong glue, dyes, waste water treatment methods, mud, acid, alkali solution can form the liquid of vapor body, diesel oil and other risk sites
Free from maintenance: considering that the inspection process of tuning fork switch is completed by electronic circuit, there is no active component, so once it is installed and put into use, there is no need for maintenance.
Strong adaptability: the main electrical parameters and relative density of the measured liquid do not interfere with the accurate measurement. The extreme conditions such as scaling, stirring, turbulence, bubble, vibration, medium viscosity, high temperature and high pressure also had no interference to the inspection.
No calibration: considering that the tuning fork switch is not disturbed by the main electrical parameters and relative density of the measured medium, no matter what kind of liquid is accurately measured, no field calibration is required.
