Application analysis of radar level gauge in working environment
Radar level gauge is widely used at present. Its principle is to use radar wave detection, install probe, rely on the reflection of radar wave, and then use dopda effect to calculate data. In the process of installation and use, if we can better understand the measurement principle, it is more convenient to use.
In fact, the working mode of radar level gauge is not complicated. Basically, it is transmitted by radar wave, reflected by medium, and received again. The time of radar wave is directly proportional to the distance between the liquid level and the receiving reflected from the transmitting to the terminal. The radar measurement tool will record the time of pulse wave and the transmission speed of radar wave, and calculate the distance between the radar antenna and the page, so that the liquid level can be clearly understood. This measuring tool basically has two types: frequency modulated continuous wave time and pulse wave type. The electronic circuit needed is relatively complex. The latter has relatively low power consumption, simple requirements for electronic circuit, accurate data display, more safe and reliable, and wide application range.
Liquid medium can be accurately measured by radar level gauge. When the radar wave is reflected on the liquid surface, the signal will not be very strong. If the signal is weak, the radar liquid level measurement tool will not be able to receive enough signals for it to give data and judgment, which directly affects the measurement effect. But the conductive medium or the micro conductive medium can reflect better and the signal is sufficient. Generally, we think that the larger the conductivity constant, the stronger the reflected signal, and the faster and more accurate the radar liquid level measurement
