Description
Based on the principle of torque balance, lwwyn-15 turbine flowmeter belongs to velocity flow meter. The sensor has the characteristics of simple structure, light weight, high precision, good repeatability, sensitive response, easy installation, maintenance and use. It is widely used in petroleum, chemical industry, metallurgy, water supply, paper making and other industries. It is a flow measurement and energy-saving instrument.
The sensor and display instrument are used together. It is suitable for measuring the liquid in the closed pipe, which has no corrosive effect with stainless steel 1Cr18Ni9Ti, 2Cr13, corundum Al2O3 and cemented carbide, and has no fiber, particle and other impurities. If it is matched with the display instrument with special function, it can also carry out quantitative control, over quantity reminder, etc.
The sensor is suitable for the medium whose viscosity is less than 5 × 10-6m2 / s at the working temperature. For the liquid whose viscosity is more than 5 × 10-6m2 / s, the sensor should be used after solid liquid calibration.

The sensor of dn4-dn40 caliber is threaded connection with working pressure of 6.3MPa; the sensor of dn50-dn200 caliber is flange connection with working pressure of 2.5MPa; the sensor of dn4-dn 10 caliber is equipped with front and rear straight pipe sections.
