Tuning fork liquid level switch alkyc-02. The tuning fork is excited by crystal to produce vibration. When the tuning fork is immersed in material, the vibration frequency changes, which is detected by the electronic circuit and outputs a switch value. Tuning fork level switch is widely used in petrochemical, light industry, food, water treatment and other industries.
Working principle: according to whether the material has resistance to the tuning fork in the vibration, it can detect whether the material level reaches or exceeds a certain height, and send on-off signal. This principle does not require large mechanical movement, small driving power, no need to calibrate, and can start quickly and low cost. Simple structure, no mechanical moving parts, no maintenance, no wear, long service life, sensitive and reliable. The switch has no moving parts, so there is no need to maintain and adjust. It is the upgrade product of float level switch.
