1. The oil-water isolator can be used in conjunction with various pressure sources for measuring, repairing, and calibrating oxygen pressure or other oil prohibited instruments. Its inner cavity is coated with polytetrafluoroethylene, which can effectively prevent corrosion due to long-term contact with water.
2. The oil-water isolator accident is made according to the principle of different liquid densities. This oil-water isolator adopts a fully sealed design and is integrated, so there will be no dew pressure or other situations.
3. Both the top and bottom are in the form of quick connectors Tighten it firmly by hand to perform calibration according to the verification regulations, and the interface is M20x1.5 standard interface.
4. Maintenance of oil-water isolator: The internal cavity of the oil-water isolator is sprayed with polytetrafluoroethylene to prevent internal rusting. Some customers are concerned that the oil-water isolator may become contaminated with oil during long-term use. This situation mainly occurs due to frequent disassembly of the oil-water isolator. In order to eliminate concerns when checking the oil prohibition gauge, after frequent disassembly of the oil-water isolator, both water and oil can be drained and cleaned with carbon tetrachloride solution.
Usage Method
1. Firstly, install the external thread at the lower end of the isolator onto the qualified calibrator socket connector, and use a syringe (without a needle) to fill the top connector inward with purified water until it is fully filled.
2. Then install the pressure gauge to be tested on the top connector of the isolator. Simply rotate it clockwise for five to six turns without tightening it to withstand a pressure of 600 bar. After installation, operate according to the normal calibration procedures.
3. After use, it can be removed, wiped clean, and placed vertically for the next maintenance. As long as it is not flipped and placed, the added medium will not be lost.
4. If you want to completely replace the remaining medium inside the isolator, flipping the filled medium will cause it to flow out.
Notice The Top
1. Before use, add neutral detergent to the top of the isolator and shake it for cleaning to avoid oil stains.
2. Mixing with our factory's rust inhibitor and water can effectively solve the problem of water rusting and turbidity.
3. Please add water at any time during verification. When using, first open the drain screw, fill it with water, then tighten the drain screw, and start the verification after installing the meter (do not poke anything inside)
